Time to requeen. Do you agree?

I have one hive here in the North Carolina Peidmont.
My only queen and package were installed in early May. Got my first and only sting during installation too.
I fed them for a few weeks until consumption slowed. They drew four frames and basically stopped. Prior inspections found the queen and ample pollen but very few capped brood cells and no honey. I began feeding them two weeks ago and found the consumption alarming, almost apint per day. I was very hopeful.
However, todays inspection showed little if any increase in egg laying. Sporatic cappings and no queen cells. Thelack of new queen cells intrigues me the most.
Do you agree that I should requeen? Can you give me a reputable queen breeder here in the south?
Thanks,
Ed.
