could someone please tell me what a cloake slide is? (and did i spell it properly)?? i rec. a phone call and someone wants me to make them for him.

And since I just found out about your company, and since I hope to increase my colonies over the next few years and think you'd be worth a trip down to the Medford area, and since I've been reading up on these slides...I'd absolutely love to hear you're making them!
A piece of 1/4" plywood cut to fit works for me.

This one is a British standard so you'd have to adjust the size.

Go to the section on FWOF. This is mine without the excluder built in. You can just set it on top of a bound excluder or put the exluder down one more box from the FWOF:

DUH, I read slide literally. Mine are wooden bound excluders with a 3/4" strip added around 3 sides, and a 1/4" plywood sliding floor.

It really seems to me that a person could make these in-house (in your garage), as all it takes is a trip to the lumber yard and a table saw. orrrrrr, just go to the nearest construction site and ask for some scrap plywood. if you cant cut it yourself, give the interior finisher the dimensions AND a bit of CA$H, and voilla........you got your cloake boards!! Shastina Millwork can make almost anything (if given the piece count and the specific dimensions), but please rmember one thing....custom stuff takes away from our production line, so it can get a bit pricey. for example, if we have to STOP the line for an hour to make something custom, i not only have to get money for the custom stuff, i ALSO have to find a way to "make-up" stopping the line for an hour.
