granulated honey and honey cream

Does anyone know where I can find simple directions for making granulated honey or honey cream?

I think I've seen it in ABC XYZ and maybe some others, but basically if you buy some creamed honey at the grocery store or anywhere else, and add mix it into some cold honey it will cause it all to granulate. The creamed is a micro crystal (smaller than normal crystalized honey) and acts as a seed to granualte the rest of it. Then, if you keep some of that you can use it as your own seed next time.
