What looked like an easy cut-out job turned out to be a nightmare? The bees were not in the wall as they were moving behind the brick up about 7-8 ft into the ceiling. I started cutting between rafters in a small hallway just big enough to fit lather in there. I removed about 4 ft of foundation full of honey and it looked like they extended in the apartment behind the wall. Unfortunately the rafters in that room go the other way and the bees are on top of the wall. The distance from the rafter to the wall is only about 3/4 inch, not enough to get in there. They probably started at the other end, so they must be another 12 ft in there. I cannot cut anything anymore since Ill compromise the structural for the floor above. The only thing I can think about is plug everything up and leave one access hole only, to try the cone method. Anybody with any other ideas or some advice, please?
Thank you
