Queen Introduction into NUC

How long does one wait until introducing a queen into a newly created NUC? I just made one up about an hour ago. I was hesistant on introducing the queen. I thought I read somewhere, that I should wait an hour befor introduction.

I wait until the next day, but my hives are all near my house, so it isn't much of a problem. I just think it is safer that way.

My preference is overnight. An hour is my minimum but I'd prefer two hours to one hour.

I waited about two hours and I left her in the cage with the candy. I guess I will know how it went in a couple of days.
