Mike, need the exact measuments.
I bought a board of poplar from my wood guru.
I planed the wood smooth to 3/4 inch thick.
Table sawed it to a height of 6 5/8 inches.
Now for the fun part. The blueprints off this site (http://www.beesource.com/plans/10frlang.pdf)are for a 10 frame medium. The 19 7/8 inches accomdates the length of the frames and stays the same. The 16 1/4 inch is the rabbeted width and accomodates 10 frames.
The question is how short of 16 1/4 inches do I make the rabbeted boards to accomodate only 8 frames?
