Installed my second package yesterday, and man was it easier this time around. One package with a pretty carnolian queen installed yesterday morning. I even took pictures of the process (and planned to video it, but my camera, it turns out, is broken).
Since I like small, step by step instructions with lots of pictures, I typed up a small guide to one way to install a package. There are a dozen more, I'm sure, some better, but this worked pretty well for me.

Only one sting (on my stomach). The odd thing is, I can't for the life of me tell you exactly where the sting was, even though I found the bee, minus stinger, in the area that hurt yesterday. I guess due to the, ahem, fatiness of the area it didn't swell as much.
