This is something that will vary a great deal. With weather and what forages is available at the time. Not to mention how stong the hive is.That said i have seen my bees fill a medium super in 4 days then it could take weeks.Sorry no cut and dried answer for this one.

At least one of our area's more productive keepers has a big hive on an old doctor's office scale (the tall kind with a balance bar and weights) in his "home" yard. It's been sitting outside for years, unprotected from the elements, and seems to work fine.

I placed a hive with the first swarm of this year in it, hived on April 2nd, on a platform scale. Presently it has 3 supers of honey above the queen excluder on a single deep super and weighs 230 lbs.
The most it has added so far has been 9 lbs. in 24 hours. The cotton surrounding our place has just started to bloom here and it put on 3 and 1/2 lbs. in the last 24 hours.
This is the first year I have put a hive on a scale, but it will certainly not be the last. If you have a suitable scale available, (I used an extra 1000 lb. Fairbanks platform scale), I heartily recommend using it this way, since you can see in real time when a flow starts and stops, when to super, etc.
