I'm going to extract my 1st hive this weekend. I have 3 mediums and 1 deep that are full. I was told though that the honey can not be bottled without being heated. Is this accurate info?????

Totally inacurate.
Heating damages honey. It is much better quality if it is not heated.

PS. 90 F is not considered heating, and it will make the honey flow much easier.

I look at it this way it is 90 in the hive and in to 90's outside in the summer so no more than that.

I warm my honey in the settleing tank to about 110-115 degrees so that "stuff" floats or settles to the bottom makeing the honey very clear whitch I find the public wants.
