Giving a Frame of Brood

Hello everyone. One of the swarms I've caught isn't going to make it unless I give them a frame of Bees and Brood. However, I've never done this, so I have a few questions. Will the bees on the frame kill the bees of the hive that I'm putting them into? Or am I supposed to shake all the bees off of the frame? I'm not sure there are enough bees in the hive that is weak to keep the entire frame of brood warm.

I usually give them a frame with the bees. They usually don't fight. Especially in a small weak hive.
