I'm making some this year for the first time and was wondering what's the best size of super/frame/foundation for cutting and packaging cut comb. There seems to be different options. Thank you much!

Check out this thread. It went delightfully off topic and has a great contribution by Michael Palmer on cut comb.

Bottom line is:
"Kelley's thin split top bar-solid bottom bar frame is best for cut comb in 4 1/8" boxes."

I like mediums. I can either leave some at the top so I don't have to put in foundation, or, if there are imperfections, I can cut around them and have a better chance of getting a good cut comb.
