I have been feeding 2 new hives to get alot of drawn comb this year. I have stopped feeding and want to extract the extra supers with capped syrup honey.
How long can I store this stuff? I plan on using 5 gallon pails with covers.
Thanks

I has been inverted by the bees so it won't crystalize and if the bees capped it its thick enough it won't ferment. Except for the lack of taste, it is honey. I wouldn't try for more than 3000 years myself.

I didn't mean you had to wait 3000 years to start. http://www.beesource.com/ubb/smile.gif But I think it will keep that long. http://www.beesource.com/ubb/smile.gif
