You misunderstand what I wrote.
There is AFAIK no resistance of EFB to
Oxytetracycline in the UK. It just doesn't do the job of eliminating
EFB.
It only suppresses it temporarily, then it flares up again.
It is a
bacteriostat rather than a bacteriocide. This is almost certainly
the case
everywhere it is used which is why it has to be used so often.
The chemical
treadmill.
It appears as if our scientists
have wised up to it.
