Both of them,

I've had wild comb between
my frames too - also on Hoffman spacing.

The pretext seems to be that
they don't know the incidence of foulbrood
in the country, as they can't check all hives - don't even know
where they
are or how many. I'm not sure whether this was triggered by Foot
and Mouth,
or whether it was being discussed earlier. Either way I don't
propose to
worry; I don't like regulation, we've got far too much of it,
but it's
probably the only way to get the Government to put more money
into
beekeeping, and by God we need it.
