I have started a batch of 33
mm Hoffman sides and will make some 32 mm over
next winter.
My first priority is rebuilding...
then 4.9... then closer spacing.
The weather isn't helping,
I have delayed my queen rearing for another
couple of days but it is about the sixth time I have done that.
When next the frame is empty...a
bit of judicious work with a plane will
take your 37 mm sides down to 35 mm and an electric uncapping
knife (or hot
wire) can be used to shave the comb surface down.
