Swarms bring normally their supply with them.
Old combs is ok to mount in there.
A lure as per Dee or from a supply house will do the trick if they (The
bees) are interested.
Therefore, do not be concerned about ants for now.
I know the ants at your place are a pest ,specifically the tiny ones. Make a
stand with 10 "or whatever feet and sumerge them into cans of oil or water
but place a "Umbrella" above the can and fasten it onto the feet to prevent
the can to fill with water and spill the oil .
It's a little trouble to fix this contraption but it saves frustration to
tackle the ants all the time.
