Bob Harrison on Bee L posted something about older Queen excluders getting dumped as the bees got too big to go through...maybe the queens are still too large anyway. (Enjoy the search, don't get sidetracked :-) ) Bees and Beekeeping, by Eva Crane lists excluder sizes. What you doing with queen excluder anyway? Unnatural device if ever there was one...
