I don't see why not! If a rancher
can put out a stock tank for watering,
then a beekeeper can certainly put out a 55 gallon barrel or
barrels with
floats etc for watering. However to be certain and leave nothing
to
interpretation, it SHALL be written into the rules leaving nothing
to
chance. Great point! Start a file and put this paper in to hold
on to for
fall comment process.
