John kindly passed on to me some of the strips Dee sent him and I have been
putting them into any stock that needs comb replacement. It is early days yet
but nucs seem to draw them to size but full size colonies draw them as drone
once they get south of the starter and use them for storage. I shall
probably use the drone bit for cut comb if it is not bred in and put the top
bits in nucs when the opportunity appears.
