Reply: Yes this is a new hive.
There was one frame that was solid honey
and the other two were brood with honey around the brood.

Reply:
I don't think that it is being
attacked by other bees. There are only a few
dead bees on the bottom of the hive.

Is the

Reply:
The queen seems to be new,
and she is laying but not very much right now.
There are only small amounts of pollen in the frames, but I don't
see it
coming in the way it used to be. Most of the frames were already
drawn.
But they drew one side of one out a week ago during the storage
phase.
