I view biological beekeeping and organic beekeeping as being the same.
However,since one cannot be sure of where each bee gets its nectar or pollen
from, there is no guarantee that non-organic sources do not infiltrate the
biologically/organically kept bees.
So, simply put, one can have organically/biologically kept bees, but not
ensure that the bee products are totally organic or biological.
