Subject: Just what is Biological Beekeeping?
Hi to all on Biological Beekeeping
Just received a letter from
the head of the Organic Task Force for the bee
industry in the US and there are bad rumblings going on right
now.However
the information I received is 5 solid pages long plus cover letter
from Mr
Doug McGinnis of tropical Blossom Honey in Fla.
I will be responding to him
on behind the scene changes to the detriment of
the organic beekeeping industry here in the US and will then
try to bring
everyone current. I have asked for Mr Barry Birkey to help and
he is doing
so with his site at beesource.com, so everyone can stay informed
with access
to breaking informaton and changes that will effect us all, both
for those
going biological and those going all the way to full organic
beekeeping.
In the mean time, question:
Just what is biological beekeeping
and is there a difference from organic
beekeeping? Figure we need input, so how do the various members
of this
discussion group view the two. Now I also ask you---------BE
SPECIFIC.
