Reply:

No, as bees have been known to fly and use corners of supers and cracks
between hive bodies for entrances ignoring the main front entrances.

However, I have a question for you! How did you reduce the entrance? With an entrance reducer? A special built bottom board? or like I have seen some
beekeepers do, cut a small chunk out of the bottom side of a super and just
set the super down on a flat bottom?
