Subject: The Critters are coming!

Hi all

Spent the last three days moving bees around in the mountains on our Mexican border above 4500 feet. The season comes on real late there for us (June) for honey, but the critters are up and at it already.

Now to pre-protect the colonies moved against mammals, insects, reptiles,
and birds without trying to kill them, so we all live together peacefully!
and at the same time don't acquire damaged equipment from the chewing and clawing, and whatever the little critters (some not so small) want to do.

There must be an easier way than rocks, nail boards, and spacing etc.?
