This is a hard question to answer.

I myself would say, knowing the acerage visited by bees in enlarging
circumfrances, that the 2-6 tomatoe plants planted in a neighbors backyard
garden, is inconsequential, compared to say a few hundred acres of same
planted within a 2 mile radius.

It is also a good reason to lobby seed companies not to sell GM seeds for
planting to homeowners (which will probably result in further comments.).
