This is a big part of the problem
with laws. By not wanting to offend
others do we have laws then that are realistic and of the real
world, or
just perceptions of what we want or hope for, for not wanting
to offend.
Sometimes you have to write
what is real and actually done in practice to
really have something workable.
Illusions of the mind for what
work should be, don't necessarily apply to
real world work.
We mainly want the new laws
written correct, but not unattainable, and not
dictatorial with power to pick and choose limitations from region
to region
depending upon who is overseeing, because of querks within the
language!
