You are correct. I only said
man has the authority. I didn't say man always
does what is best.

As said above I never clip,
but mark queens as breeders only (not always).
Mostly trying to defend others so they could clip if they felt
they must. I
personally would never clip (damages the queen). Just not sure
their should
be laws against it for organic beekeeping.
