He does. There's a table of 'representative weights'; I don't know how
its arrived at.. This is from the revised Second Edition, 1945, I don't know
whether its in the original 1932 edition.

Weight of worker on emerging 110mg

Weight on 8th day 158mg

Weight at 3 weeks old 100mg

Weight of old forager 80mg

Average weight of empty field bee 95mg

Average weight of loaded field bee 133mg (he regards this as a possible
overestimate, so the figures aren't his)

Weight of old, starved field bee, say 60mg.

Its a start but not particularly helpful.
