This isn't a good time to disturb
the bees unless you have a really warm
climate and the bees are active. Wait until spring, otherwise
you'll disrupt
the cluster, probably kill some bees, and they will be unable
to redistribute
the stores to take account of the changed conditions. You'll
find the hives
much drier once they're on.
