Hi JULIA & All,
Slugs do not like copper and
will not cross it, so try to apply copper in
any way that your imagination can conceive. One suggestion, take
copper foil
or strips and wrap legs of a stand built to raise the hives up
slightly off
the ground. Just a suggestion?
They do not like course sand
either.
