You could be right, though I wish Cooper's map was a bit clearer. I doubt
whether hybridisation is the only factor though, or there should have been a
major increase in EFB around the 1930's, which appear to have been the time
when Italians appear to have been at the peak of their popularity here. As
far as I know that didn't happen.
