Thank you for your prompt reply.
One way to see if the cell
size is correct for your area is to let the bees
tell you what is correct. last year some of my hives swarmed
(never) so I
let them draw their own comb from a starter stripes of a pencil
size piece
of wax in the grove of the frames. They down sized to 5.0.
Now this year I
will try to get them to draw out other frames and see what size
they will
put there.
