limited time...so apologies for telegraph style! Does dysentry in bees
equate to human dysentry ie dehydration to death, or to diarrohea? Any
thoughts on honey/sugar (cold) mix? Dee your cardboard comb sounds like a great option for the mechanics, I assume that my experience of working
gently around the cluster without disturbing them will hold for such
management? I have a fear of stressing the colony by disturbing too much. If I slide my crownboard/topcover over and slip a feeder in instead of an end
comb they will move to food when required? For me the organic approach means husbandry and care, not management and manipulation. Notes taken re robbing by hairless bears!

Hi Erik, no I haven't visited America at all yet, I did contact you regarding foundation 'tho. Those photos you mention were a Bee Culture Article (I THINK...) Have you looked at Barrys' photos of resized combs on www.beesource.com?

How are your girls on small comb doing?
