Not sure why they didn't specify
4.9mm in the description but perhaps you
are right in your assumption. After seeing how the foundation
is made with
many different variables (temp., pressure, speed, etc.) to deal
with, there
will be 'some' variation in size. The key is to make sure this
variation
doesn't exceed 4.9mm. It won't hurt if it's under 4.9 but the
Lusby's see
4.9 as the top end size. From all the samples I've seen, Dadant
will be able
to keep this margin. Everyone has their own ruler so we can all
be
inspectors.
