Hi Rick,

First thing. Where do you live? You may need to purchase 5-10lbs. of
sugar(assuming you have no honey to feed). Get the sugar at any rate and I
or someone else on the list will tell you what to do as soon as we know
where you are located! How many hive bodies is the hive in? Do you have
equipment to super the colony for the honey flow? What about diseases(not
that anyone expects you to know at this point)? How will you feed them if
they need feeding? The more info you give us the better we can help.
