They still have a batch on hand and will sell it as 5.0 to those that want
to use it for a step down before using the 4.9 foundation.

Not sure. Probably because they don't state the cell size on any of their
other foundation. Hasn't been the usual way of labeling foundation in the
past. Those of us using the 4.9 foundation have kinda set our own lingo that
is different from the way the industry has operated. Perhaps this will
change in time as people become more interested and observant with cell
size.
